The Shareholder’s Communication Committe (« Committee ») was created two years ago at the initiative of SoLocal Group to strenghten the relationship and the communication with its individual shareholders and enhance the Company’s corporate governance.
SoLocal announces the renewal and the expansion of the composition of its Committtee.
Initially, the Committee consisted of 8 members, and following a call for applications, the new Committee has been extended to 15 members representing its individual shareholding, of which 2 shareholders are company’s employees, knowing that the rules of procedure now allow the Committee to count up to 20 members.

The first meeting of the renewed Committee will be held on Tuesday 9th October at SoLocal Group’s Headquarters at Boulogne-Billancourt under the chairmanship of Pierre Danon, Chairman of the Board, and with the participation of Eric Boustouller, CEO.
